One: consignor  

1. Fill in the electronic BOOKING, i.e. the detailed information of the goods: name of product, number of pieces, weight, carton size, destination port and consignee's name, address, telephone number, shipment time, consignor's name, telephone number and address.  

2. Customs declaration materials required:  

A: Lists, contracts, invoices, manuals, verification slips, etc.  

B: Fill in the declaration entrustment letter and seal it and one copy of blank stamp paper for backup in the process of customs declaration, and hand it to the forwarder or customs broker who entrustment customs declaration for processing.  

C: Confirm whether it has import and export rights and whether the products need quotas.  

D: Submit the above documents or other necessary documents to the forwarder or customs broker entrusted with customs declaration for processing according to the trade method.
